By accessing and using the website https://vonzantukink.com (the “Site”), operated by Matthew Peterson, doing business as Mindset VonZantuk and Von Zantuk Ink (“the Artist,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Services Description
The Site provides information about custom tattoo artistry, booking inquiries, and related services offered by Mindset VonZantuk. All descriptions of tattoo services are for informational purposes only. The final price, design, and scope of any tattoo service are subject to a direct consultation and agreement between the client and the Artist.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries, booking requests, or using the contact forms.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, tattoo designs, flash art, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Matthew Peterson (Mindset VonZantuk) or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 5. Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations

• Deposits: All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is applied to the final cost of the tattoo service.
• Cancellation Policy: I require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. I have a strict NO REFUND policy on deposits, completed tattoo services, and any retail sales.

6. Disclaimer
The information on this Site is provided “as is.” I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, and materials included thereon. I disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. I will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or my services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Matthew Peterson (Mindset VonZantuk), Von Zantuk Ink, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if I or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
